OUR STORY
The Three Fifty Hotel was built in 1950, and was designed to be an intimate place to stay in the historic Tennis Club neighborhood one of Palm Springs' oldest and most storied districts.
All rooms are centered around the heated pool with views of the San Jacinto Mountains. They come with thoughtful amenities, modern comforts, and all the luxury touches of a boutique Palm Springs hotel.
The Three Fifty Hotel is just three a minutes walk from Palm Canyon Drive, the heart and soul of the city. We offer both the privacy of a quiet neighborhood and the proximity to all the area's best attractions and restaurants.

In 2017, the property was fully renovated, preserving its original architectural bones while bringing each room up to the standard guests expect from a modern boutique stay.
Today, The Three Fifty Hotel is independently owned, with plans in place to further enhance the guest experience.
