Check-in at The Three Fifty Hotel begins at 3:00 PM. A complimentary early check-in at 2:00

PM is available based on room readiness — let us know your estimated arrival and we’ll confirm

by noon on your arrival day.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. A complimentary late check-out at 11:30 AM is available on request.

For a flexible extended window — check-in from 11:30 AM or check-out until 2:00 PM — an

upgrade is available for $50 (tax included), subject to availability. Rooms held past check-out

without prior arrangement may incur a $100 fee.

The Three Fifty is a boutique Palm Springs hotel without a traditional front desk — that’s

intentional. In place of a lobby check-in, guests receive personalized remote hospitality: our

team is reachable by phone or text, and hotel management is regularly on-site throughout the

day.

Our guest services team is available during daytime hours. Between 6:00 PM and 9:30 AM,

overnight staffing is not available — however, you can reach us by text and our team will

respond first thing in the morning. For urgent in-house needs after hours, a direct emergency

line is provided in response to your text.

Every room at The Three Fifty Hotel in Palm Springs includes pool and/or mountain views, a

mini refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee and tea, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in-room

safe, flat-screen TV with cable and streaming, complimentary welcome snacks and drinks, and

complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Three Fifty Hotel features desert landscaping, a seasonally heated pool, jacuzzi, and pool

floats.

The Three Fifty is a private boutique hotel reserved exclusively for registered guests. Due to the

intimate size of the property and insurance requirements, outside visitors are not permitted on

the pool or grounds.

Yes. The Three Fifty Hotel is an adults-only boutique hotel in Palm Springs. All guests must be

21 years of age or older. This policy supports the calm, intimate atmosphere that defines the

property.

Yes — The Three Fifty Hotel is pet-friendly. We welcome small pets for a fee of $50 and large

pets for a fee of $75 per stay. Any damages caused by pets will be assessed and billed

accordingly.

The Three Fifty Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or

any common areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in any guest room.

The Three Fifty Hotel is located at 350 S Belardo Rd, Palm Springs, CA — within walking

distance of downtown Palm Springs. Guests have easy access to the city’s best restaurants,

boutique shops, art galleries, cocktail bars, and entertainment, all without needing a car.

The Three Fifty Hotel is approximately 8 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP)

by car. Rideshare services including Uber and Lyft are readily available from the terminal.

Yes. Complimentary street parking is available directly in front of the hotel at 350 S Belardo Rd.

There are no city-imposed time restrictions and availability is generally plentiful.

The Three Fifty Hotel does not have on-site EV charging, but two stations are within walking

distance. The closest is at the Palm Springs Art Museum parking lot, one block away. A second

station is available at the public parking structure at the corner of Baristo Rd and S Indian

Canyon Dr.

Reservations at The Three Fifty Hotel can be made up to one year in advance. Booking directly

through our website guarantees the best available rate, along with the most flexibility and

control over your reservation.

Reservations cancelled 7 or more days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made

within 7 days of arrival — including same-day cancellations and early departures — are charged

for the full stay.

Guests booking directly on our website can add Travel Protection for additional flexibility. With

this coverage, you may cancel up to the day of arrival for qualifying reasons such as illness,

weather disruptions, or flight cancellations. The Travel Protection fee is non-refundable, and

reservations are charged 14 days prior to arrival.

The Three Fifty Hotel does not have an on-site restaurant or bar. However, downtown Palm

Springs — with its acclaimed dining, cafés, and cocktail lounges — is just steps from our front

door. Before your arrival, we’ll send you our curated list of neighborhood dining

recommendations so you can plan ahead.
