The Three Fifty Hotel is a 10-room boutique retreat nestled in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Originally built in 1950, this mid-century modern gem was designed by acclaimed architect Herbert W. Burns. In 2017, the property was thoughtfully reimagined by interior designer Laura Slipak, preserving its architectural integrity while introducing a chic, minimalist sensibility. The result is a timeless blend of classic design and contemporary comfort—offering an effortless Palm Springs escape.

Our saltwater pool is heated year-round to a comfortable 86 degrees and framed by breathtaking views of the San Jacinto Mountains—an ideal setting for relaxation in any season. The property is entirely smoke-free, ensuring a clean and tranquil environment. Inside, our spacious and newly refreshed guest rooms feature King and Queen beds, with options including Deluxe Rooms and One-Bedroom Suites. Select accommodations also offer convenient kitchenettes or well-equipped 3/4 kitchens for added comfort and ease.
