Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Complimentary early check-in is available beginning at 2:00 PM, based on availability. For earlier arrivals or extended stay requests, we offer an upgrade for $45 plus tax, also based on availability.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please leave room keys in your room upon departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 7 days prior to the reservation’s original arrival date.
Cancellations or changes made within 7 days of arrival will incur a penalty equal to the full reservation amount.
Same-day cancellations and early departures will also incur a charge equal to the full reservation amount.
CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY VALID ONCE CONFIRMED BY AN OFFICIAL CANCELLATION EMAIL DIRECTLY FROM OUR HOTEL.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
Guests who purchase Travel Protection may cancel their reservation up to the day of arrival and receive a full refund—excluding the non-refundable Travel Protection fee—for covered reasons, including illness, weather disruptions, or flight cancellations.
Your reservation will be charged 14 days prior to arrival. Travel Protection provides added flexibility and peace of mind should plans change unexpectedly.
COMFORT & CARE GUIDE
Hotel grounds and facilities are available once your room has been checked into. The grounds and pool are not accessible prior to check-in or after check-out.
QUIET ENJOYMENT
The Three Fifty Hotel is designed as a place to relax and unwind—thank you for helping us keep it peaceful for all guests.
Pool and common areas are quiet spaces. Please refrain from phone calls and personal music in these areas.
NO GLASS IS PERMITTED ON THE POOL DECK FOR SAFETY REASONS.
NON-SMOKING PROPERTY
The Three Fifty Hotel is a non-smoking property.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises, including guest rooms, pool deck, grounds, back walkway, room patios, and the front of the hotel.
A $250 USD fee will be charged for smoking anywhere on property.
LOST KEY
Lost keys will incur a $150 fee to cover rekeying and replacement for guest safety. Please report lost keys to the front desk immediately.
HOUSEKEEPING
Full housekeeping service is provided every 3 days between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Additional service is available upon request by hanging the “Service Requested” sign outside your room door.
If you would like fresh linens, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
Please hang towels you plan to reuse, and place towels you would like replaced in the shower or tub.
VISITORS
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room unless otherwise specified.
The hotel and grounds are reserved exclusively for registered guests.
Unregistered visitors are not permitted on the premises.
Roll-away beds are not available.
NO CHILDREN
Children under 21 are not permitted, as stated at the time of booking.
PACKAGES
The Three Fifty Hotel cannot accept responsibility for guest packages delivered to the hotel.
Please use the hotel for package delivery only in urgent situations, such as passport or ID replacement.
The hotel must be notified prior to sending any package.
